The 2022 Pan American Table Tennis Games are on their first days of action, where competitors in the men's and women's categories have struggled to advance, hoping to reach a spot for Santiago 2023. From October 31 to November 6, the representatives will play their matches at the Olympic Training Center (CEO), in the Ñuñoa district.

During these first days, the attendees have enjoyed the best plays and duels with the competitions in singles, doubles and team categories. Some countries that have stood out are Argentina, Brazil, Canada, the United States, and Chile, where the first bronze medal was awarded in the women's team category.

Also, in the mixed category, the Chilean duo made up of Paulina Vega and Nicolas Burgos made their way to the semifinal after beating the American duo made up of Lily Zhang and Kanak Jha 3-2.

During the Pan American Games, the local public will be able to see the greatest players of America, who will seek to ensure their presence at Santiago 2023. "Fans will be able to witness the best quality event in terms of players and competition. The players are the real protagonists.
