Remember that the dates for the ceremonies will be:

  • Opening Ceremony of the Pan American Games: October 20th
  • Closing Ceremony of the Pan American Games: November 5th
  • Opening Ceremony of the Parapan American Games: November 17th
  • Closing Ceremony of the Parapan American Games: November 26th

Check the requirements

  • Being at least 18 years old by September 1st, 2023
  • Being motivated and committed to participate in the different ceremonies in both artistic cast roles or production team roles.
  • Having a valid ID, at the moment of registering and for the duration of the Games (including November 2023).
  • In the case of foreign people, having a valid passport at the moment of registering and for at least six months from the moment of entering the country until the end of the Games, as well as health ensurance.

People interested in being part of the Games ceremonies need to fill in the form available in the following link. The registration period will be from June 30th to September 8th, 2023.

Applicants will be called for an interview or audition to get to know their skills and talent. The selection process dates will be between September 1st and 10th, 2023.

After selection, we'll send you an invitation to participate in one of our training sessions about the Santiago 2023 Pan American and Parapan American Games, where you'll meet your crew or production team, as well as the different related tasks.

Everyone selected for the Artistic Cast will have to participate in mass rehearsals to learn coreographies and develope their stage skills.

As we get closer to one of the four ceremonies of the Games, different complete show simulations will be made. At this moment, you'll apply all you've learned in rehearsal thanks to the training on stage elements, lighting, wardrobe, visual effects, and much more.

Everyone is on site, working from the different areas you were trained on. At this moment, dedication and passion will be the values that will be reflected in each ceremony. Remember: It won't be just one, but four moments where you'll be able to contribute to the Santiago2023 Pan American and Parapan American Games.

If you’re passionate about music and dancing, this role is for you!. Learn choregraphies and be part, live, of the biggest multi-sport event in the Americas in 2023.

Accompanying athletes and Para athletes

If learning choreographies is not your thing but you still want to be part of this, don’t worry!. You can be of help by accompanying the athletes and Para athletes as they parade and enjoy the ceremonies.
