The Santiago 2023 Corporation informs the signing of a new agreement related to the television broadcast of the Pan American and Parapan American Games that will be held from October 20th to November 26th.
Canal 13, that is an open signal, joins the announced agreement between the Santiago 2023 Corporation and Televisión Nacional de Chile (TVN), this guarantee a better broadcast of the most important multisport event of the Chilean history.
This agreement not only includes the broadcast of the Games, but it also considers the mutual collaboration for programs, advertisement, streaming, and diverse actions aimed to promote the event before it starts. This way, it will be possible to give it the sportive, social and legacy importance that it will leave to Chilean history.

With the purpose of reaching all Chileans inhabitants, the agreement with Canal 13 considers the broadcast of content in diverse platforms of the private signal.
On her part, Gianna Cunazza Mardones, Chief Executive Officer of Santiago 2023, was emphatic to state that “this agreement led us satisfied because the participation of TVN and C13 channels, with their open signals and platforms, ensure us that we will be in each corner of the country with this mega-event and that a major quantity of people will join us and buzz with this Games".
The sportive mega-event will gather, between October and November, seven thousand conventional athletes and two thousand Para athletes coming from 41 countries of the continent, to compete in 39 Pan American and 17 Parapan American sports, with 61 and 18 disciplines respectively.
The Santiago 2023 competitions will be carry out in four regions: Metropolitan, Valparaíso, O’Higgins, and Biobío.
