Do you know which are the values that motivate the Santiago 2023 Volunteering?

Santiago 2023 Pan American and Parapan American Games have the mission of building a sustainable social legacy in time for the current and future generations. This will be achieved thanks to the commitment acquired by the volunteers and their actions during the Games, which will be reflected in the 4 main values that move our area.

There are approximately 260 days left until the beginning of #Santiago2023, the largest multi-sport event to be held in Chile. And to make it a success, we must count on 17,000 volunteer hearts to give their all to make this event a unique and unforgettable experience in the history of Chile.

Volunteering is the soul of the Games. It is present in each corner of the venues and has an important role in the development of this sporting event.

It is a space for interaction where you will be able to connect with people from different nationalities, cultures, ages and experiences.

We want you to be part of it too!

Therefore, to be part of our team of volunteers you must have:

1. Passion for sport, service and helping others selflessly.
2. Perseverance is the key in the volunteering work, given that to carry out each of the required tasks, and specially in complex situations, the constancy and dedication of all the volunteers is needed to carry out the task.
3. Excellence reflects the commitment that each volunteer undertakes to give the best of themselves in order to provide the best possible experience for everyone.
4. Inclusion, because the Games are a place for everyone. This is reflected in: the logo, which does not distinguish between both events; the colors of Fiu and, of course, in the diversity of the 41 countries that will gather in Santiago 2023, #OurMeetingPoint.
