Santiago 2023 Pan American and Parapan American Games signs contract with technology provider

BORNAN SPORTS TECHNOLOGY, A SPANISH COMPANY SPECIALIST IN THIS TYPE OF SERVICES, WAS CHOSEN BY PANAM SPORTS FOR TRANSMITTING AND SHOWING ALL THE RESULTS OF THE GAMES, AMONG OTHER GREAT RESPONSIBILITIES.

Almost a year ahead of the largest multi-sport event in the country's history, Santiago 2023 signed a contract with Bornan Sports Technology, company that has worked with the 2022 Youth South American Games in Rosario, and Centro Caribe Sports, among other high-level sporting events.

BORNAN will be responsible for developing, transmitting and showing the results during the Pan American and Parapan American Games. All the information will be published on an online platform, with the results of all the tests in real time. The page will be fully responsive (adjustable to any screen or device), open to the public, in two languages ​​and will also be available in two Apps (Android and IOS), to bring the content to the screens and the palm of the hand of every fan around the world.

Santiago 2023 will be the most broadcast Pan American and Parapan American games in history. Bornan must also implement all the graphics and animations during the transmission of the games, carrying out the graphic production of all the sports of the conventional and Paralympic categories.

In addition, the company uses cloud-computing technology to capture, centralize and distribute information from the competition venues to the screens of all fans.

Between October and November of next year, the mega-sporting event will bring together 7,000 conventional athletes and 2,000 para athletes from 41 countries of the continent to compete in 39 Pan American and 17 Parapan American sports with 61 and 18 disciplines, respectively.
