Monday, November 20th, 2023.- The Monday morning session in Para Swimming at Santiago 2023 concluded with wins for the United States, Colombia, and Brazil. However, unlike the first five finals, the last three did not establish new continental records.

In the female's SM6 200m individual medley, Megan Gioffreda secured the third gold for the United States in Para Swimming with a time of 3:24.70. She was followed by Brazilians Laila Suzigan (3:25.52) and Mayara Do Amaral (3:28.85).

In the female's S10 400m freestyle, Colombian María Barrera claimed the top spot with a time of 4:51.94, followed by Americans Taylor Winnett (4:52.27) and Mikaela Jenkins (5:00.36). This marked Colombia's sixth gold in this sport at Santiago.

Lastly, in the male's S8 100m butterfly, Brazilian Gabriel Souza emerged victorious with a time of 1:05.93. Silver went to Argentine Lucas Leguiza (1:08.45), and bronze to Mexican Luis Andrade (1:08.47).

With Souza's victory, Brazil extended its dominant performance at the Centro Acuático at the Estadio Nacional, accumulating 22 gold medals, far ahead of Argentina's seven and Colombia's six.
