The United States Dominated the Gold in Team Trampoline Gymnastics

The pair composed of Rubén Padilla and Aliaksei Shostak won the synchronized team trampoline gymnastics competition, surpassing Canada and Brazil on the podium.

Saturday, November 4th, 2023.- The United States continued its trampoline gymnastics dominance by winning the synchronized male's category with the pair composed of Rubén Padilla and Aliaksei Shostak, totaling 49.880 points, surpassing Canada and Brazil.

Canada, represented by the duo of Remi Aubin and Robert Soehn, secured the silver medal with a total score of 48.480, while the South American pair of Lucas Tobías and Rayan de Castro claimed the bronze medal with a total of 47.700.

"It's wonderful to be here at the games, to feel like this, today we are happy because it was a dream to win the gold medal, and today we have achieved it," expressed Rubén Padilla after the award ceremony that crowned him as the Pan American champion.

Canadian athlete Remi Aubin was content with the silver: "We are satisfied and happy. It was a long year with a lot of training, and we managed to win a medal that makes us happy."

In the afternoon, the individual medals in trampoline gymnastics for both female and male will be determined at Santiago 2023.
