Thursday, November 23rd, 2023.- One of the sports which Brazil has always excelled at is CP Football. They are the current Parapan American champions, making them the top favorite to win the title in Santiago 2023. 

The South American team completed their group stage participation perfectly this Thursday after defeating Venezuela at the Estadio Bicentenario in La Florida, which opened its doors to the public for free. 

The Brazilians dominated from start to finish on the synthetic turf in Santiago, scoring through Jefferson Miranda (7' and 48'), Angelo Dos Santos Mota (25'), and Thomasson Pereira (59' and 64'). 

With this victory, the green and yellow team reached 15 points and is the leading candidate to win the gold medal, awaiting their opponent in the final. 

Meanwhile, Venezuela needs to await the results that will conclude the group stage to determine whether they will compete for the third or fifth position.
