Wednesday, November 22nd, 2023.- Canada has the best wheelchair basketball player in the world, Patrick Anderson, and he guided his country to the semifinals of the Santiago 2023 Parapan American Games.

The North Americans dominated their quarter-final match from start to finish, defeating Puerto Rico by an impressive 88-31 at the Polideportivo 1 of Estadio Nacional.

Anderson showcased his talent and scored 16 points, although he wasn't the top scorer of the match, as his teammate Nikola Goncic scored 21.

In the semifinals, Canada will face Colombia, who on Wednesday morning defeated Venezuela 70-22.

The match between Canadians and Colombians will be played this Friday starting at 10:30 a.m.
