Wednesday, November 22nd, 2023.- At the Centro de Deportes Paralímpicos, Colombia continued its strong campaign in blind football, and on Wednesday, they didn't face many complications in overcoming Chile.
John Eider González opened the scoring 13 minutes into the first half, and shortly after, Juan David Pérez made it 2-0, taking that lead into halftime.
In the second half, Pérez repeated his performance, sealing the final score and leaving them in a good position for the decisive matches on Saturday.
Colombia has only lost to Brazil in the tournament, and on Thursday, they will face Argentina, another contender for the gold.
Chile, on the other hand, has one win and three losses. The only match where the locals emerged victorious was against Peru on Tuesday.
