Wheelchair Basketball: Brazilian Team Secures Their First Victory

In the female's Group A of the competition, the South American giant recovered from its initial defeat against Canada and won 72-20 against Colombia, who had debuted with a victory over El Salvador.

Sunday, November 19th, 2023.- Brazil achieved its first victory in female wheelchair basketball at Santiago 2023, defeating Colombia 72-20 in a match corresponding to Group A.

With this result, both teams are now tied in the standings. In their debut, the Brazilian team had lost to Canada, while the Colombian team had overcome El Salvador.
