Within the first 2 minutes of the match, Brazil took the lead with a goal from Ana Carolina Duarte. Following that goal, Brazil maintained their momentum and scored nine consecutive times, with Danielle Vilas as the top scorer of the match, tallying six goals.
Argentina, on the other hand, found the net thanks to Soledad Almada, who scored twice.
In their next match, scheduled for Sunday at 3:15 p.m. at the Centro de Deportes Paralímpicos, Brazil will play against Mexico, while Argentina will face Guatemala in the same venue starting at 9:30 a.m.
All these matches are part of Group C in the competition.
