Santiago 2023: Penultimate day filled with definitions

The Pan American Games are nearing their conclusion, and the excitement continues just 24 hours before the end of this major sporting event.

Saturday, November 4th, 2023.- The Pan American Games are nearing their conclusion, and this Saturday, with just one day left in this grand sporting event, is filled with decisive moments in various disciplines.

The highlight of the day is undoubtedly the athletics competitions, featuring contests for gold medals from early morning until late in the day. Events include the mixed relay marathon walk, male's pole vault, male's hammer throw, female's 800 meters, male's 800 meters, female's high jump, female's 3,000-meter steeplechase, male's 3,000-meter steeplechase, male's javelin throw, female's 4x400 meters relay, and male's 4x400 meters relay.

The final match of male's football between Chile and Brazil at 8:00 p.m. at Estadio Sausalito de Viña del Mar is another highlight. The match for the bronze medal between the United States and Mexico will be held at 1:00 p.m.

In addition, sports like handball, basketball, wrestling, and volleyball will determine the best male athletes. Breaking, canoeing, fencing, trampoline gymnastics, golf, karate, artistic roller skating, speed roller skating, basque pelota, water polo, rugby sevens, squash, archery, and sailing will also have competitions for both females and males.
