Trampoline gymnastics determined its Pan American finalists

Individual competition qualifications took place this Friday.

Friday, November 3rd, 2023.- Trampoline gymnastics kicked off this Friday at the Estacio Nacional, where finalists were determined in both the female's and male's categories.

Brazilian Camila Lopes Gomes led the way in the qualifying round with a total score of 54.590. She will be joined in the battle for medals by American Nicole Ahsinger (53.820), Mexican Dafne Navarro (53.520), Brazilian Alice Gomes (53.480), American Jessica Stevens (53.070), Mexican Patricia Núñez (52.830), Canadian Rachel Tam (52.500), and Argentine Valentina Podesta (49.910).

Next up were the men, with Colombian Ángel Hernández standing out with a score of 59.100. Also making it to the final are Americans Aliaksei Shostak (58.370) and Rubén Padilla (58.040), Brazilian Rayan de Castro (57.610), Canadian Keegan Soehn (57.380), Mexicans Donovan Guevara (57.080) and José Marín (56.020), and Argentine Santiago Ferrari (55.720).

The finals will take place this Saturday, starting at 5:00 p.m. Centro de Deportes Colectivos at Estadio Nacional.

The gold medalists, both in the female's and male's events, will secure their spots for the 2024 Paris Olympics.
