Friday, November 3rd, 2023.- Friday's bowling action at the Pan American Games saw Canadian player Michel Hupé take the lead in the male's division after the first round.
Hupé has accumulated 1,957 points, followed by Colombian Sebastián Salazar with 1,879, and another Canadian, Francois Lavoie, with 1,743.
"As is often the case in this sport, you need to consider the lane conditions to adapt and make as few mistakes as possible... Bowling is a mental game, and anything can happen in a single day. Here in Santiago, the goal is to be among the top four," stated Michel Hupé.
In the male's category, the competition at the Centro de Bowling in Mall Plaza Vespucio continues this Saturday.
The second round of the male's competition will take place on Saturday at the Centro del Bowling in Mall Plaza Vespucio in La Florida.
