Wednesday, November 1st.- Wrestling upheld the favorites at the Centro de Entrenamiento Olímpico this Wednesday and confirmed a stellar final for the evening session between the American Kyle Snyder and the Cuban Arturo Silot, who will repeat the gold medal match from Lima 2019, with victory for the North American, an Olympic gold and silver medalist.

Snyder eliminated Nishan Randhawa from Canada and Maxwell Lacey from Cuba to advance to the final, while his Caribbean rival defeated Matías Uribe and Cristián Sarco on his way to the final. Precisely, the Chilean and the Venezuelan will compete for one of the bronzes this afternoon, in the session that begins at 5:00 p.m. in Ñuñoa.

The program will feature another duel between the United States and Cuba when Tyler Berger and Franklin Marén face off in the 74 kg category, in which the local León Peralta bid farewell with little response to the Honduran Luis Barrios.

American dominance extended to the 125 kg category with Mason Perris, who will compete for the title against the Venezuelan José Díaz, and the 57 kg category, with the North American Zane Richards facing Óscar Tigreros from Colombia.
