The duo from the United States 1, composed of Vincent Hancock and Dania Vizzi, secured the gold medal at Santiago 2023 by defeating Mexico 1, represented by Luis Gallardo and Gabriela Rodríguez, with a close score of 41-39.

The third place and the corresponding bronze medal went to the United States 2, consisting of Dustan Taylor and Austen Smith, who won 37-36 against Chile 2, represented by Héctor Flores and Francisca Crovetto.

It's worth noting that on Sunday, Francisca Crovetto won Chile's first gold medal at Santiago 2023 in the skeet shooting event after an exciting showdown against Mexican athlete Gabriela Rodríguez.
