This is how the Santiago 2023 Games will be watched in the Americas and the world

The greatest multisport event in the continent will be broadcast through over-the-air TV signals, TV cable, and smartphone apps. In this regard, it stands out in the worldwide coverage of Panam Sports Channel.

Wednesday, October 18.- TV signals will play an important role in giving audiences, from all over the world, access to watch live every spectacular competition of the Santiago 2023 Games.

The television broadcasting of the greatest multisport event of the Americas is practically covered at a continental level, starting with the efforts of Panam Sports Channel, which will have eight signals that can be watched worldwide through its website and app. 

In Argentina, the TV channel TyC Sport will be in charge of broadcasting the Pan American and Parapan American Games. Whereas, in Cuba, the transmission will be done by TeleRebelde.

Canada and Venezuela will bring the Games to their people through the screens of CBC and TVes, respectively. In the Dominican Republic, Radio TV Dominicana will broadcast live the Santiago 2023 Games, and, in Puerto Rico, the Games can be watched through Telemundo PR. 

MOBILE DEVICES

In other countries of the Americas, the Pan American and Parapan American Games can be watched through websites and apps available for mobile devices.   

In Uruguay, the multisport event will be broadcast through the Antel app, while the web platforms COB and CazéTV will transmit the Games live in Brazil.  

In some countries, specific sports will be broadcast: Canal 36 will transmit female football in Costa Rica; Cable Onda Sport will broadcast the baseball event. 

A sport that is making its debut in Santiago 2023 and that will be a qualifying sport for Paris 2024 is breaking. Red Bull will be broadcasting all the energy of the breaking competition to Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, and Brazil. 

And so that no one misses any details about Santiago 2023, Teleamazonas, Win and Tv Perú will broadcast to Ecuador, Colombia, and Peru, respectively, the best moments of the Games. SportX and Highlights App will be broadcasting worldwide every major moment of the Games. 

Also on a worldwide level, FEI.tv and the Olympic Channel will broadcast the equestrian events and boxing fights. Through Viasat satellite internet, the Santiago 2023 Games will be watched in Russia, Belarus, Moldova, Uzbekistan, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, and Azerbaijan.

FROM CHILE TO THE WORLD

In Chile, the historic broadcasting of Santiago 2023 will be watched through the official over-the-air TV signals: TVN, Canal 13, and Chilevisión. Some pay channels like CDO, TNT Sports, DIRECTV (DSPORTS signal), and Zapping will also transmit the Games.  

This will be an unprecedented TV broadcasting. 35 tv mobile units will be used and 26 tv signals will be available for the associated media. 

All sports will be broadcast, with transmissions beginning at 8:00 a.m. and, in some cases, lasting until midnight. For example, football matches will be televised with 18 cameras, when usually the most significant local matches are covered only with ten cameras.

The multisport continental event will start the next Friday, October 20th. Nearly nine thousand athletes and Para athletes from all over the Americas will land in Chile to compete in the Santiago 2023 Games. The multisport festival will take over the streets and also the international and local TV screens.
